We have mentioned in our pervious articles that the most benevolent planet Jupiter started its journey towards exalt. The first phase of exalt was when Jupiter entered in the house of Cancer on 27 June 2013 after a period of 12 years.
Jupiter was at its highest exalt when it reached to 15 degree in the house of Cancer. This period lasted from 1st September to 7th September during the year 2013.
The planet Jupiter kept travelling forward on its course. On 7th November 2013 at 10:04 in the morning Jupiter entered into its negative phase known as Rujjat. At this point Jupiter was at 31.20 degree in the house of Cancer. People in the field of astrology know the importance of Rujjat of a planet. We are giving some brief introduction of this phase of the planet for your interest and for those who are learning astrology.
It is stated in the Surah Al Takwir of Holy Quran from verse 15 to 16 ‘So I swear by the retreating stars. Those that run [their courses] and disappear.’
Hazrat Maulana Shah Muhaddis Dehlwi writes with reference to Kashaf ul Ibrar that these verses are about five moving entities which are Saturn,Jupiter,Mars,Venus and Mercury. Similarly Kash Al Barni in his book Asar al Najoom writes that these verses put light on the various stages of a planet such as retreat, stability and their disappearance.
Our intention is not to make it hard for you by mentioning stages of a planet. In simple words the Rujjat is known as the backward travel or retreat of a star whereas stability is known as a straight forward travel of a star. When a star enters into the state of Rujjat it starts to put opposite effects on human lives.
When planet Jupiter travels backward (Rujjat) it brings bad effects on business, misunderstandings with spouse, problems due to children and legal difficulties in life. When Jupiter was in the house of Cancer which is the house of it’s exalt, it starts to move in the backward direction.
On 9th January 2014 Jupiter starts it journey towards its second exalt. People in the field of spirituality do make Jupiter talisman during this period and some also say that if a Jupiter talisman is made when it is in travelling backward (Rujjat) the talisman also shows great effects. But history and our personal experience prove that Jupiter talisman shows tremendous positive results when these are made in the state of exalt only.
On 6th March 2014 at 3:43 afternoon, the planet Jupiter will come out of its Rujjat and will enter into the phase of stability. It means that the Jupiter will stop moving backward or retreat and again stars to travel in forward direction. The Jupiter was in the phase of phase Rujjat for four months.
On 6th March 2014 when Jupiter will reach at 10.27 degree in the house of Cancer and it will be in the stability phase before starting its journey towards its second exalt.
The planet Jupiter will once again be in the Exalt when it reaches at the 15 degree in the house of Cancer on 24th April 2014.
