dua nade ali kabeer

The Islamic prayer of Dua Nade Ali Kabeer holds a special place in the hearts of millions of believers across the world. Its reputation for possessing miraculous powers to overcome challenges and bring about positive transformation is widely acknowledged. In this article, we will delve into the origins of this powerful supplication, its significance in the Islamic faith, and the benefits of reciting it with faith and sincerity

The Battle of Khaybar: A Historical Background

The prayer of Nade Ali originates from the Battle of Khaybar in 628 CE. This
was a conflict between Muslims and Jews with a well-fortified stronghold
in the region. The Jews proved to be formidable opponents, making the battle
challenging to win. The reason for the Battle of Khyabar was the breach of
the agreement by the Jews with Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon Him and
His Progeny) and the subsequent provocation of Muslims by the Jewish
leaders. Additionally, Jews were providing shelter to the enemies of Islam.
They turned Kyabar into a hub of conspiracies against Islam.

The Battle of Khaybar: The Strength of the Jewish Force

Khyabar is a place between 150-160 km from Madina. The number of Muslim soldiers in the Khaybar War was approx 1,400 against a massive Jewish force of more than 10,000 to 20,000 fighters. The Jews barricaded themselves in a fort. The battle of Khyabar lasted for two weeks. Muslim soldiers fought bravely but were unsuccessful due to the formation of forts. The most famous enemy of Islam, Marhab, was leading Jew forces and kept challenging Muslims by saying ‘’ today we will crush these Muslims! We will show them the power of the Jewish force’’.

The Battle of Khaybar: The Role of Imam Ali Aley Hissalam

After a week-long unsuccessful battle, the archangel Gabriel Aley Hissalam on the orders of Almighty ALLAH came to the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon Him and His Progeny) and told him to call Imam Ali Aley Hissalam with these sentences. Later these sentences got famous by the name Nade Ali. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon Him and His Progeny) announced that the Standard of the Islamic forces would be given to a man who loves Allah (SWT) and also loves His Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon Him and His Progeny), and Both of them also love him. This man is a brave warrior who would stay on the battlefield until victory is granted by Allah(swt).
All the companions of the Prophet (may Allah be pleased with them) eagerly
awaited the chance to receive this honour. The next day Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon Him and His Progeny) called for Imam Ali Aley Hissalam. Imam Ali Aley Hissalam was suffering from a disease in His eyes. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon Him and His Progeny) applied His saliva on the eyes of Imam Ali Aley Hissalam. This cured Imam Ali Aley Hissalam eyes immediately. Imam Ali Aley Hissalam and companions (may ALLAH be pleased with them) marched towards the strongest fort named Qamoos. The Jews launched a massive assault on the Muslims. Many Muslims were martyred in the Jewish attack led by Haris. He was killed by Imam Ali Aley Hissalam later in this assault.

The Battle of Khaybar: The Famous Incident of Marhab

The most famous incident of this war is a Jewish leader Marhab. When he was a child, his mother had a dream that her son would be killed by a man named ‘’Haider’’. She used to remind her son never to fight against a man named ‘’Haider’’. The meanings of the Arabic name ‘’Haider’’ are ‘’a roaring lion’’. Marhab, in his foolish pride and arrogance, came face to face with Imam Ali Aley Hissalam. Marhab started to say words of his praise and bravery. His purpose was to put his fear in Imam Ali Aley Hissalam heart. At that time, Imam Ali Aley Hissalam said to Marhab:
‘anal lazi sammatni ummi hydara – zarghaamu aajaamin, laithun, qaswara
’’
The translation: ‘’ My mother gave me the name HAIDER, and I am known as the Lion of the Valley, the Mighty Lion that chases down its prey’’.
Marhab attacked Imam Ali Aley Hissalam, and in return, Imam Ali Aley Hissalam cut his body in two equal parts from head to toe. The Muslim army led by Imam Ali Aley Hissalam won the Kyaybar battle and
took control of the area.

  1. I belong to Karachi but was sent to Sindh for a work assignment. I wasn’t expecting much from the trip, but I ended up having an experience that would haunt me for the rest of my life.

It was my third night in Sindh, and I was walking across the river. The sound of the water gently lapping against the shore was the only thing I could hear. The moon was high in the sky, and its silver light illuminated the path ahead of me.

Suddenly, I felt someone walking with me. At first, I thought it was just my imagination playing tricks on me. But as I continued to walk, the sound of those footsteps became louder and more distinct.

I started walking faster, and the invisible creature seemed to match my pace. The faster I ran, the louder the footsteps became. I was terrified, but I knew I had to keep moving.

Gathering all my courage, I decided to face this entity head-on. I stopped in my tracks and began reciting the Dua Naad Ali Kabir, an Islamic prayer that is believed to protect against evil.

As I recited the prayer, the footsteps stopped. I turned around, but there was no one there. The only sound was the gentle rustling of the leaves in the trees.

I continued my journey back to my hotel, shaken but grateful for my safety. I never spoke of the incident to anyone, but it stayed with me for years to come.

Years later, I returned to Sindh for another work assignment. I walked across the same river, but I felt no fear this time. I knew that I had been protected by a force greater than myself, and I was grateful for the experience, no matter how terrifying it had been.
